SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text messaging programs operated by Schader Investments, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as FasTrack Home Offers.
Two Separate Programs
We operate two separate SMS programs. The non-marketing program covers your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. The marketing program covers home-buying offers, service updates, and related promotions. Each program has its own optional checkbox on our home page form. Checking one box never opts you into the other.
Consent is optional. Neither SMS consent checkbox is pre-checked, required to submit our form, or a condition of any service or purchase. You can request a review without agreeing to receive text messages.
How to Opt In
You opt in to a program by checking that program's checkbox on the inquiry form. We record the consent text you agreed to along with the date and time. We never collect SMS consent through a text message. No SMS is sent unless you check the corresponding box.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost
Msg and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date above reflects the most recent version. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
